OUR PRODUCTS

Kularee garlic is grown on our property using permaculture and organic principles, no chemical fertilisers or pesticides are used and all garlic is planted, weeded and harvested by hand.

To help grow healthy large bulbs, we interplant a green manure through the growing seasons, this helps to protect and provide nitrogen and other trace elements. This green manure is slashed and turned back into the soil after harvest, this repairs and increase the soils carbon matter. This is followed by a summer green manure crop, which again is turned back in to ensure we are replenishing and enhancing our soils quality for years to come.
