It has been a mixed bag over the last few seasons with lots more rain than usual so the positive is we haven't had to water, but sometimes a little too much water, then followed by short very dry periods. Despite this we have been able to grow a crop which is available now at our shop or just email for larger orders.
As usual, the crop has had no inputs other than compost and green manure crops. This has now been the case for 8 years, so the Garlic is as natural as they come.

Grown in the Southern Highlands NSW, our garlic has flourished this season. Although we had only 28 frost days, the varieties we have selected have loved the conditions, especially the warming months of Spring. We have had great bulb formation and with the garlic currently hanging to dry and are ready now.
